AT THE AGM;

  • The Auditor’s Report and audited Financial Statement for the fiscal period ending September 30, 2022 will be presented to the Members;
    • Appointment of the Auditors for the fiscal period ending September 30, 2023
    • Elections will take place for three (3) Corporate Directors To serve on the Board of Directors for one year.
