The Auditor’s Report and audited Financial Statement for the fiscal period ending September 30, 2023 will be presented to the Members;

Appointment of the Auditors for the fiscal period ending September 30, 2024.

Elections will take place for three (3) Corporate Directors

To serve on the Board of Directors for one year.
